Having been a buy and hold investor since 1985, I began actively trading stocks and then options in 2004. I lost all of my risk capital within 3 years. Since then I have read several books on technical analysis, and then read about trading psychology. I found that my main problem was myself and my emotions. So I began to develop a trading strategy that could execute without my intervention, taking my own psychological issues out of the equation. I have been developing a strategy to trade E-Mini futures since about Jan 2008, and am ready to see if it will work on C2.
