At 1st glance it looks like a good system until you realize the developer is not able to take a loss. As I write this, he has an unrealized loss of over $ 8,000 for probably a single trade. So now, he is stuck in a losing position, and looks like he stopped issuing new trades until either he blows up or he gets lucky and the trade works out.

However, in real life if a subscriber had a $ 5,000 account, he or she would have been wiped out, just like the review from one of the subscribers illustrates.

His win / loss statistics don't show the issue. Yes, its fine to win $ 100 and lose $ 300 if you have an 80% win ratio. However, its not alright to turn a $ 300 loss into a $ 8,000 opened losing position.

Currently he risks $ 2,000 per trade to make around $ 150.00. So for a standard month of making 2%, he is willing to risk 10%. High win system do good on C2 until one day they blow up. I actually have no problem with a system risking say $ 400 - $ 600 to make $ 150 if the win% is high enough. However, the problem here is this is too big of a stop loss for someone to trust going forward since a couple of bad trades could wipe out a new subscriber while only showing a 20% draw down on the system.

Update 2012:

Seems he is jealous of my system and wrote a comment. This is not a sign of a professional. I would stare clear of this system.

Its extremely doubtful that anyone who had a big edge in futures would actually post their system on C2. However, after thousands of systems, one is bound to get lucky for a period of time.

2012, Looks like I am right, he blew up his system, guess you just can't have much faith in his research.

While this system looks good now in 2011, one should realize this snake oil sale man has created around 30 systems which in time blow up and lose all subscriber money. If he actually traded with his own money his previous systems, he would be broke right now.

Now, we look at it again in 2012, and see over a 50% draw down. I guess if the subscribers listened to me and got out, they would not have have lost all their money. So they lose money and post post angry comments after they lost their money, but I saw this coming from a mile away. I am sure snake boy is working on his next blowup system hoping new fools will not notice his other blown 35 systems.

This looks better than it would perform in real life. In trading es, you have to pay commissions on both losing and winning trades. Many trades are just .25 profit which in real life especially after paying the vendors monthly fee, will not make you any money. I think this system was really designed to take money from uninformed subscribers rather than designed to win at trading. Real systems do have draw downs, but they will have a much higher winning amount. For example, it is fine to kill a trade that you think is not working out in your favor, and it ends up only getting .25, but the goal should be min of .75 to 1 point as the lowest amount for a winning trade. If you can get 2 - 4 points, then you are doing really well.
