From my own analysis and this systems results i realize that it is the most basic of mean reversion systems and extremely difficult to implement for subscribers with the whole limit order process. The 2011 drawdown is unaccepatable and i can see a couple of other mean reversion systems that did alot better than this system including my own (which is not publically available yet).

Raising subscription fees 50% ? c'mon really ? seems a little karma there.

A reviewer just gave this system a 5 star review - since on the surface this looks very much like the vendor writing a review about their own system lets disectthis systenm at this time of writing:

The system has a 42% profitable trades - with all of the systems profits coming from 1 trade.
The reviewer states that this is "best combination stock and option systems on C2 " yet it only has 1 out of 4 profitable option trades.
The system took a 5K potion in a penny stock at 0.28 cents
The systems position sizing is not consistent or risk adverse.

I personally would not subscribe to a system since that is all over the place and will quite likely have a severe drawdown in the near future
02-22-11

02-24-11: seems i've infuriated another reviewer (Brad Goldman) by my comments i dont know why, maybe he is the vendor of this system using an alias trying to promote his system who doesnt like an unibiased review :). Then again probably not since all the systems he ever created would have lost you all your money. I dont know why he is trying to go out of his way to make excuses for a young system that so far has shown a very amateurish management style, that has got lucky on one trade. It really has a terrible track record on the options side. Something now smells very fishy.

FWIW - people will notice that i do give an unbiased opinion and i do call out a couple of systems that have been heavily pumped by certain individuals. You will note taht these systems usually crash and burn like the Babson systems.

10-06-11 - Toast as expected and as you can tell Brad Goldman is clueless.

09/08/11 - systems equity curve is up and down just like its position sizing. The system uses 3X leveraged ETF's and 2X margin, do the math, thats 6X leverage and to boot its using volatile indices ETF's like the small caps or the financials. The developer obvioulsy has no clue about margin or the use of it because he would have had numerous margin calls if it were actual money. Seems C2 still has the 2X margin rule whereas the real world passed a law regarding highly leveraged ETF's having to mave a maximum of 1.5X margin. I beleive this system will lose all your hard earned money for you before too long. Dont beleive me ?, look at some of my other comments and track record on systems, there are many good systems out there, look hrough the grid and find them. This is not one of them. Also Vendor has 3 systems the other 2 systems have incurred system death. Buyer beware - or should i say cheapskate beware.

The system has a realism factor in the 50% range - meaning ? - the system uses market orders on instruments with 1-3 pips slippage each side.

translation to the subscriber
- this system would lose an additional ~$25 slippage per side, per contract.

The vendor also has an additional two systems that are substantial losers and on top of this the vendor has been warned by site management about excessive spamming and annoying advertising.

Stay away.

05/18/2011 - UPDATE - as expected crashed and burned.

I remember this system when it came out. I thought it was a little overleveraged. But it has turned into a pretty professional looking little system. After over year its still going strong, performance benchmarks of the system look good and you cannot argue with the equity curve considering there have been some big ups and downs in the market in the mean time. Pretty good indeed.

Another system from the originatior of TRADESIGNAL. And it follows the exact same path of catastrophic leverage. Over risk and leverage are the quickest rouites to blowing up ones account. But then again the vendor hasnt realized this yet even after the first disastor TRADESIGNAL

Big warning signs on this system:
- A 5 star review after less than 2 months - vendor doing own pumping
- The system uses illiquid 2X etf's - you will never get the actual results - in fact you will get much worse.
- Vendor has 3 systems - lack of focus

Seems like the Babson creator trying again.

Commissions (assumes $1 < 100 shares) = 2579 (total trades) X 2 (in / out) = 5158
slippage = 2579 (total trades) X 50 (avg. shares) X 0.01 = 1289
subs = $88 X 25 months = 2200
costs = 8647

Cumu P/L becomes 25599 - 8647 = $16592 so the annualized return instead of being 61.8% is more like around 40%.

System after this long looks very solid. Position sizing and short term trades makes this take advantage of fixed fractional concepts.

One of the best on C2 from my perspective.

"Stock picking throughout a extensive research in genetics algo field."

Having worked for many years with genetic algorithms this is not what they are or used for.

"... We will not use leverage or any leveraged instrument so you may trade it on any kind of account..."

Vendor routinely uses 2X the account value on the vendors positions. This does not work on an account such as any retirement account where margin is not allowed.

Not recommended.
