Yesterday, I set a Set and Forget order with C2 to short GBPJPY at 15:24 as "sell GBPJPY at limit 207.30, TP at 206.30 and SL at 208.05". At 17:01, my order was filled with my broker at 207.30. I also check with 3 other brokers, they all shows that their bid prices were as high as 207.38.

My limit order should be a great one, just 8 pips below the highest point. The trade was exited at 0:25 this morning at 206.30 with 100 pips profits.

However, C2 did not execute this trade. We are missing this 100 pips profits trade on our C2 record.

C2 told me that their highest point was only 207.14 which is about 20 pips lower than most brokers (maybe all brokers). With this kind of deferentiation, a 50 pips trade will be recorded only 10 to 30 pips with C2.

Please let me know if this has happened to anyone before. Most important, if there is any solutions to provent it from happening agian.

Another missed quote: I did a market order to exit a long GBPJPY position for my own account at 5:24 at 206.12 for 7 pips profits. I did the same thing with C2 but it's at 205.01 for 4 pips loss. It's 11 pips lower. Hopefully, someone can fix this issue.

Hi Fran,

Yes I agree that Collective's quotes seem to be mostly at odds with
the brokers.

I do not find the discrepencies that you find however.

I set faily tight stops with my system so I am always setting them
3 points away from where I would set them on my actual trading
account.

I would estimate that this is costing me 15-30 pips a week in profit.

The irony is that I don't seem to make it back on my profitable trades.

Still I'm happy with the trades on C2 I just see it as a 5 pip spread rather than a 3 pip!

I hope you have your difficulties resolved soon.

David
