You have to be a little more specific. What do you mean "you get a ton of error messages"? Specifically, what error messages do you get? When exactly did you get them? For which system id?
You should contact the developer of the MT4 software, who is an independent software developer who sells that product. You can reach him at MT4help@collective2.com. Usually he will ask you to send your log files for your MT4 interface, so if you are able to do that when you initially contact him, you'll speed up the process of diagnosing what's going on.
