| | I placed a manual order to sell 2 september Cocoa futs (CCU9) at 2795.00. I set a Profit limit and Stop Loss that were nowhere near hitting. Trader68 put on 2 trades to buy 2 futs, net 4 long. It took me nearly a minute to realise something was wrong and closed the position with a $600 loss.
I have traded many other futs in the same manner and had no issue. Is there a known issue with large prices, as I can only assume that's the cause? |

Hello Marco,
I apologize for your recent loss with a Manual Order placed in Trader68. We've not had any reports or issues ourselves with large price orders. By chance you did not double-click on the Manual Order screen that could have sent through the two orders? If you could please send us your Message log with Debug Messages enabled from the Tools menu under Options I will gladly look into your problem further.
Thanks,
Trader68 Support |

What is the C2 Score?
Collective2 rates every trading advisor in its database and assigns a score between 100 and 1000.
In general, a rating above 500 is good. A rating above 700 is excellent.
Collective2 Ratings are recalculated daily based on the entire performance history in our database. The exact formula we use is proprietary, but there are several key variables that go into the Collective2 Rating. One of the most important factors is the length of time we have been able to observe the performance of the trader. Another key factor is the amount by which the trader over-performs or under-performs the S&P 500 index. Finally, the choppiness of the trader's results is taken into account. Certainly a more consistent trader will be rated more highly than a trader with erratic results.
