| | Dear T68 friends,
Recently I subscribed a C2 system, but I got unexpcted problems with the orders send out by the system (from C2). If I read the records inside of C2, there are say 6 filled orders, but what I got filled are only one or two orders. This kind of things happens every single day until last Thursday, I got no orders filled, none, but the system inside of C2 shows 7 filled orders. The messages from T68 log file show that all the orders from the signal generator (i.e. the C2 system) were cancelled. I contacted the system provider, being told that they use the "CSV file via BasketTrader". They will look into the problem. I'm wondering mayby some experienced T68 and IB/TWS users can provide useful hints to solve this problem. Or any suggestions regarding which autotrade software can handle "BasketTrader" tyoe of orders instead of using T68.
Any help is appreciated!
Yin

Hello Yin,
I apologize for any problems you've been encountering using Trader68 and Collective2. While I am not very familiar with "BasketTrader" it sounds like a typical signal generator application and the problem more resides either with the way Collective2 sends the signals to us OR the way Trader68 handles the signals that we receive. To better answer either of those questions, we will need to see your Message log with Debug Messages enabled which can be turned on in the Tools menu under Options. You can then email the log to support@trader68.com and I will be more than happy to research more into the issue.
Thanks,
Trader68 Support |

What is the C2 Score?
Collective2 rates every trading advisor in its database and assigns a score between 100 and 1000.
In general, a rating above 500 is good. A rating above 700 is excellent.
Collective2 Ratings are recalculated daily based on the entire performance history in our database. The exact formula we use is proprietary, but there are several key variables that go into the Collective2 Rating. One of the most important factors is the length of time we have been able to observe the performance of the trader. Another key factor is the amount by which the trader over-performs or under-performs the S&P 500 index. Finally, the choppiness of the trader's results is taken into account. Certainly a more consistent trader will be rated more highly than a trader with erratic results.
