Before you use any AutoTrading software but especially Trader68:

Make sure you check out the company:

>> Start with their websites:

www.ND.com
www.tradingsolutions.com
http://www.neurosolutions.com/

>> Check out the user reviews of the product in question and the company's other products:

http://www.elitetrader.com/so/?action=view&SR_ProductID=76
http://www.trade2win.com/knowledge/software/neurosolutions/
http://www.trade2win.com/knowledge/software/tradingsolutions/
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/nd_finance/message/3772

Because if the software goes belly-up it will be your funds that go down the drain.

Hello "John Smith",

While I am sure the community appreciates the links to various websites where one customer has belittled the company, it definitely does not speak about the hundreds (or thousands) of other customers that have found our products useful and successful.

We are sorry that you feel the need to visit as many review websites as possible to post the same rants over and over again. However, if you are up for a mature conversation, not hidden under the various "John Smith" names to help resolve the problems you are experiencing I would be more than happy to speak with you.

Regarding the company (NeuroDimension, Inc.) we are not going anywhere. We've been in the software development business for over 18-years actively developing software both for the public (i.e. Trader68, TradingSolutions, etc.) and private institutions (i.e. Hedge Funds, Banks, etc.). We have lots of great updates for all of our software packages coming up very shortly, which I encourage everyone with interest in neural networks and artificial intelligence to check out.

Thanks,
Steve

Hi John,
Thank you for the links. I think you have made a valid point about checking out ANY company before making a substantial purchase or - in this case - trusting it to 'order manage'.

I'll be testing Trader68 within the next week but will definitely check the links out (because the vendor's reaction to your post speaks volumes).

Julie

Sounds like the first post and this latest "Julie" are the same anonymous drive-by idiot. Never saw them post before.

And umm, "John Smith"?? "Julia Roberts"??, anyone

Never used the software, but I would disregard them both. Sounds like someone who just wants to cause problems. Anyone who hides behind aliases to ding someone and them disappear from the pages of history cannot be trusted.

Index, Sorry you are wrong - this is no an alias. I don't tend to post on forums but I just thought that the first post was offering good advice and since I'm in the process of testing Trader68 why shouldn't I post here? I really didn't expect to be called an idiot because of it but it is interesting that you are ignored by nearly 80% of the C2 community (that speaks volumes).

This forum is about Trader68 so maybe we should focus on that (the good and the bad) and not on having protracted slagging matches.

"Julie", but sorry I have doubts.

"John Smith" - an obvious made up alias comes in to bash a vendor. The vendor responds and bans the alias.

Then you come in quickly out of nowhere, "because the vendor's reaction to your post speaks volumes" You cannot be that daft to be so supportive of an obvious phony thread starter.

Frankly, the vendor has always been straightforward, supportive and honest here. Trader68 is FREE. And the owner(s) have other products. From what I have seen, they are the exact opposite of what you "Julie Robert" or "John Smith" say.

The original response was a drive-by anonymous, uncalled for blasting. And you come driving by, likely the same person, to try and put a few more bullets in. And where exactly have you been on C2, involved in so ? I have been here several years, and pretty much never heard of you. But about the first thing you have to say is to blast a reasonable, C2 vendor in support of an obvious phony.

Like, you are a regular user of this vendor's products?

And since you cannot think of anything intelligent to say to my post, you need to look for attributes "well, since you have a high ignore rating"? I have a high ignore rating because I don't sugar coat reality.

Sorry, but doubt your responses, the two of you, in one body. In other words, get lost. So go back to starring in movies.

Hello C2 Friends,

There is really no reason to quarrel. I appreciate the support Index and kind words about our responses here on the forums, but the reality is every business in the world has someone (or a few someones) that do not agree with a businesses every move. Luckily for us, we have tons of customers that praise our support and how quickly we act on responses and even getting bug fixes out to customers. We are no where near perfect, but we strive to be.

Let's keep our forum clean of useless arguing and continue to work together in making Trader68 a powerful solution for automated trading for the Collective2 community.

Thanks,
Steve @ Trader68 Support

Index, you're ignored by the MAJORITY of C2 not because you're blunt but because you're argumentative, arrogant and your posts contain little of value but yet tend to have the same tone and theme. I've read a few where you bite into your victim like a relentless rabid dog so you'll have to excuse me as I have to put you on ignore lest I become a victim as well.

>> So go back to starring in movies. <<
That would be Juila Roberts!!!

I am struggling to find any comment that was negative or a slur in any of my posts that pertain to Trader68 (but can't comment for anyone else) so I can't address any of Index's 'rant'.

Back to discussing Trader68.

too bad you ignored T68's previous post before snarling. You seem to forget I was defending T68 and you in your 2 aliases were ranting.

But I am done. I suspect you will not be able to resist one more post. I won't see it, as I am putting your 2 aliases on ignore.
