At the very least it should be closed at today's open (which was > 2.5% profit target) for the record where it had been bought (unless their autotrade software had sold it again immediately).
How come it doesn't pop up as an order but is in the list of open positions?

the "Trade Signal Update" mail sent by C2 for Ruby on 12/24/2007 3:35 AM (German Time) contained a BTO Order for PETM Limit @ 24.07 (Signal-ID 29761376, PosID R20071221). This order was filled at 15:27 at the limit price.
And yes, you are right, it should be closed. Looks like WL got out of sync with C2. I'll create a manual STC order tonight (for tomorrows open) to avoid complaints. |

René, I follow system manualy and can confirm that this order was not filled in real life. At 12/24/2007 market closes at 13PM NY time. Regards, Algis |

Hmmm ... that's strange.
I do follow the system with Tradebullet ... which is mostly automatic and I did get a fill , although I don't quite know at what time. In any event, if it looks like the fill shouldn't have happened then take it off the record. If it was valid then Ruby would've probably have generated a limit orders at entry + 2.5%, which would've been filled at today's open (or thereabouts). In no case would an order to sell at tomorrow's open given the correct result.

Finally C2 removed the PETM trade as requested.
Christian, if you got a fill, just close it with a 3% profit target as usual for out-of-sync trades.
I was to late to enter the correct exit order and I was reluctant to close the open position during the day, because subscribers complain if I "break the rules" by adding manual orders.
The PETM trade should result in a nice profit for you however ;) |

Yep, closed it at open yesterday .. at 2.5% profit.
BTW - anyone else here using TB ... I'm having trouble to automatically start TWS and log into it. Their support is pretty poor so far.
Anyone had similar issues and willing to help out via email?
