Greetings all,

I met this Signal Generator Error in T68. For the symbols it got from collective2 last Thursday and today, it could not set the auto trade in IB. I reset auto trade in C2 and restart T68 and IB, but it doesn't help.

Thanks,
Ying

I do not order market data from IB. It traded all right before last Thurday, and just stop auto trading. What should I do?

Thanks,
Ying

Hello Ying,

If you are receiving a "Signal Generator Error" that pertains to Collective2 and not Trader Workstation. Please send us the Message Log from Trader68 including Debug Messages which can be enabled in the Tools -> Options menu. You can email the log to support@trader68.com.

Thanks,
Steve @ Trader68 Support

Hi Steve,

I couldn't find the log under Tools->Options menu. I am using version 2.2 of T68.

Thanks,
Ying

Hi Steve,

I guess the reason might be I need to change the password of C2 in T68. Last Thursday, C2 told us to change the password because of the security issue it had. So, after I changed the password in C2, I also need to change the password in T68. Otherwise, T68 couldn't get the signal from C2.

Thanks,
Ying

Hello Ying,

I am glad to hear you were able to figure out the problem. I received the log file you sent and it was not long enough or did not contain the information requested. With regards to the Tools menu and Options that was to enable Debug Messages - not where to find the log file.

Thanks,
Steve @ Trader68 Support
