It should be available now - files are in the archive if the installer does not work, but try the installer first as it will automatically put the files in the correct location. |

| | In response to post by John Smith of 6/30/09 (3:41) Still the same problem.
As far as the installer - does it:
1. Not show any installed MetaTraders on the MetaTrader selection screen? If so, what broker's MetaTrader do you have installed?
2. Say that MetaTrader is not installed when it really is? If so, what broker's MetaTrader do you have installed?
3. Crash?
However, if you look in the zip file, you will see a folder called "files". The files are located in that folder. You'll have to manually install them in your experts folder under your MetaTrader installation, since that is all the install really did, but you should be able to function. |

Installer not working. Didn't find any MT4 installations. Currently I have instances for Alpari UK, NordMarkets and IBFX, all on drive F.
However, I manually installed, but EA do nothing, send nothing, no errors, no log messages, just silence. |

As far as manual installation, do the experts tab indicate the EA is running? The EA may take a bit until there is a tick to really activate (I will add a visual indicator to the EA to indicate it is working in the next release)
Also, turn on debugging - it should help and show the calls to Collective2. |

Send me, via the mthelp@collective.com your expert logs (be sure to first edit them to remove reference to your C2 password) for when you attached the expert. |

Debugging is on.
Better make installer letting user to choose path to MT4, much easier.
Everything is set properly, is not my first EA installation. I created some EAs and tools myself along time (one is an trade replicator similar to yours).
I run it again and not sending anything, instead I can send you a 5Mb log file with
"Alert: An order was modified, but OrderModify is not available in this version. Check http://Collective2.com for details."
Also that alert is very annoying, is impossible to do anything as I got an alert every tick :(
Maybe an option for that won't hurt.
All that appear in logs, besides that, is
"00:51:14 TradeMonitorBasic AUDUSD,H1: initialized
00:51:14 TradeMonitorBasic AUDUSD,H1 inputs: C2SystemID="41217597"; C2Password="********; C2Email="*****@gmail.com"; C2LotMultiplier=10; Ignore_MT4Stoploss=false; Ignore_MT4TakeProfit=false; SecondsBetweenPolling=4; TurnOnDebug=true;
"
Dunno, maybe is using some ports blocked by my ISP.
Maybe is something related with CURL post method...(I think a MySQL approach is much faster and reliable anyway) |

Interesting. The modify order was picked up but not the creation of the order? Please send me the log as I'd like to take a look.
The manual selection of the installation is duly noted and will be in the next version.
The only ports it uses is making a web request. What doesn't make sense is you should see a pop-up with the web request is the debugging is turned on. |

Please contact me offline about the MySQL method. I am not sure how you'd envision that working since the request needs to go to Collective2 via its API. |
