| | I am not sure I follow any more what is going on. First we go long EUR/USD on 150 contracts, only to reverse that less than one day later at almost the same level to 60 contracts short. As I trade the system manually, I have now incurred significant losses as a result of this non-trade due to slippage. I also note the current open short EUR/USD position has no stop loss order entered against it. |

Now the 60 contracts short have been closed again.
I assume these were all erroneous trades rather than the actual taking of positions. This to and fro has just erased 50% of this week's profits, at least in my account.

Hi Reinhard,
What really happened was that before the NFP came out, I want to reduce the 150 lots of LONG EUR/USD by 90 lots and leave 60 lots there. After I send the signal to close 90 lots, the platform appear to works just fine but the lots of that trade didn't go down by 90 lot!
So, I try to do it again and just after I submit the order second time, I saw that there are 2 squeeze orders waiting to send out and I immediately delete 1 of them.
If you check the signal email from C2 carefully, you will see that this is a technical problem. First, you received the first Trade Update from C2 to close 90 lots of that trade which is what I want to ...

The second email from C2 is the one that has problem....

As you can see this is the ones that cause the problem because it is impossible for me to Closed an open positions AND open 2 positions (30 lots each) IN THE SAME ORDER. Even if I accidentally click the "Reverse" link in that trade. It should only Closed the open positions AND reopen only 1 position (60 lots) NOT 2 positions with 30 lots each.
Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope that you will understand this.
Thanks!
Si Nguyen

What is the C2 Score?
Collective2 rates every trading advisor in its database and assigns a score between 100 and 1000.
In general, a rating above 500 is good. A rating above 700 is excellent.
Collective2 Ratings are recalculated daily based on the entire performance history in our database. The exact formula we use is proprietary, but there are several key variables that go into the Collective2 Rating. One of the most important factors is the length of time we have been able to observe the performance of the trader. Another key factor is the amount by which the trader over-performs or under-performs the S&P 500 index. Finally, the choppiness of the trader's results is taken into account. Certainly a more consistent trader will be rated more highly than a trader with erratic results.
