| | A BTC signal (ID 59162662) from 'Forex Special' was an @LIMIT 1.59600 which would have made a small profit for me. But Trader68 changed that order to an @MARKET which was filled by my Interactive Broker at 1.59815 which resulted in a loss. Please send me the money I lost because Trader68 changed C2's signal.

Hello Warren,
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with Trader68. However, Trader68 doesn't "automatically" change signals from Collective2 unless you've set it up to do so in Trader68. I will be more than happy to look at your logs if you'd like. In the Message panel please use the dropdown box to choose "Include Debug Messages" and then email me the Message log which contains the timeframe of when the signal was received by Trader68 and when it supposedly changed from a Limit order to a Market order. After you've copied the messages please email them to support@trader68.com.
With regards to your loses, we sincerely apologize as we never want to see our customers lose any money under any circumstances. However, I would like to point out that when you agreed to install the software you agreed that NeuroDimension, Inc. is not liable for such things as noted in this paragraph taken from the Terms of Agreement:
"By accepting this Agreement, you agree to hold NeuroDimension and its managers and owners harmless, regardless of any trading losses that may occur, or profits that may be forgone, regardless of the cause of these losses or forgone profits, and regardless of whether the parties involved were at fault or not."
Thanks,
Steve |

The problem was NOT caused by Trader68:
"One of C2's broker partners reported the order was filled in an AutoTrading account at the limit price 1.59600, which caused C2 to close the position at the prevailing market rates. After investigation, it has been confirmed that this was an erroneous fill report, and C2 is working with the broker to figure out how to prevent these things in the future."

What is the C2 Score?
Collective2 rates every trading advisor in its database and assigns a score between 100 and 1000.
In general, a rating above 500 is good. A rating above 700 is excellent.
Collective2 Ratings are recalculated daily based on the entire performance history in our database. The exact formula we use is proprietary, but there are several key variables that go into the Collective2 Rating. One of the most important factors is the length of time we have been able to observe the performance of the trader. Another key factor is the amount by which the trader over-performs or under-performs the S&P 500 index. Finally, the choppiness of the trader's results is taken into account. Certainly a more consistent trader will be rated more highly than a trader with erratic results.
